At Bona Fide, we want to ensure your athletic gear fits perfectly and supports your performance. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
